Native American and true to the Southwest, Douglas Three Buffalos is the Spirit of Three Buffalos. “I am not the Master of my art. The Creator guides me, and expresses through me. My art reflects a wonder, a spirit that honors the beauty and embraces the balance of our world.”
Blending the Northwest Tribes of Oregon (Umatilla, Cayuse, Walla Walla and Nez Pierce), Doug has won many awards for his distinctive Native American works of art in the Southwest, across the United States and Internationally.
As a child, he overcame polio in his left arm and learned to express his artistic and cultural talents with his imagination, originality, respect and his right hand. His web site shares his artwork and his spirit – in note cards, high-quality prints and original collectable works of art.
